Ever since Santa delivered my first one (with training wheels!) next to the Christmas tree all those years ago, I've been hooked. It's my favorite way to incorporate exercise into my daily routine. It's low-impact on the knees compared to many other forms of exercise, and you get to see nature and the world around you as you get your exercise--hard to beat that!
